The Company Referral Program is for individuals who can make a genuine, consent-based introduction to an organization that may benefit from communication training, consulting, diagnostics, or platform access. It is separate from the customer affiliate program and does not use consumer discount codes.
A referral is not a promise of a sale or a fixed commission. Relentless Nature first confirms fit, checks whether a relationship already exists, and documents any reward in writing before a qualifying engagement begins.
What makes an organizational referral useful
A strong introduction names a real organizational need, identifies the general decision-making context, and gives both parties room to decide whether a conversation is appropriate. You do not need to sell the engagement or submit a list of private contacts.

How qualification and rewards work
Relentless Nature reviews whether the opportunity is aligned, active, and new. If it is appropriate, the introducer and organization coordinate a consent-based connection. Any referral reward, eligibility conditions, timing, and payment method are written down before a payable engagement is created.
Rewards are not based on private employee data, cold-contact lists, self-referrals, hidden tracking, or unsupported promises. The company referral path remains separate from ordinary customer affiliate commissions.
