This Privacy Policy explains how Relentless Nature (“Relentless Nature,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit relentless-nature.com, use our tools, courses, assessments, community and account features, purchase products or services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”). Relentless Nature is the business and brand responsible for the Services.

This Policy applies to the Services offered in the United States. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.

We and authorized providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies. Essential technologies support security, account access, checkout, consent, and core site functions. Optional technologies may support analytics, personalization, media, social features, campaign measurement, and advertising.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share identifiers, device or usage information, and advertising or conversion events with advertising partners for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising where permitted. We do not knowingly use or share information from a child under 13 for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling.

You may use the site’s available cookie or consent controls, adjust your browser settings, opt out through an advertising provider’s controls, or email admin@relentless-nature.com with the subject “Targeted Advertising Opt-Out.” You may also use a browser that sends a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control. When we receive a legally valid signal and applicable law requires recognition, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser or device. You may need to repeat choices on another browser, device, or cleared-cookie session.

We do not permit service providers to use personal information for unrelated purposes merely because they receive it from us. Third-party services may separately collect information under their own policies when you interact with them directly.

6. Children’s privacy: ages 6–12

Relentless Nature permits access beginning at age 6 only through designated child-safe educational experiences. The child pathway for ages 6–12 is limited to local-only educational use unless and until a parent or legal guardian completes an approved parental-consent process. In local-only mode, a child’s entries are intended to remain in the browser and are not intentionally saved to an account, emailed, used for advertising, used for paid-campaign attribution, or combined with advertising identifiers.

A child age 6–12 must not create an account, join an email list, make a purchase, upload a photo, video, or audio recording, submit a general contact form, post publicly, or use another feature that asks for personal information unless we first provide direct notice to the parent or guardian and obtain verifiable parental consent as required. Some features are therefore unavailable to users under 13.

Before intentionally collecting personal information online from a child under 13, we will explain what we want to collect, how we will use or disclose it, and how the parent can provide verifiable consent. We will not condition participation on providing more information than is reasonably necessary. We will not knowingly use a child’s personal information for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling.

A parent or guardian may ask whether we maintain personal information from their child, review or correct it, request deletion, refuse further collection or use, or revoke consent by emailing admin@relentless-nature.com with the subject “Parent Privacy Request.” We will take reasonable steps to verify the requester’s identity and parental or guardian relationship before providing access or taking action. Revocation stops future collection and use; we may retain only information that law requires or permits us to keep.

If you believe a child submitted personal information without the required permission, contact us promptly so we can investigate, disable further collection, and delete the information where required.

7. Teen users

Users ages 13–17 should use the Services with a parent or guardian’s guidance, especially before creating an account, making a purchase, joining a community, or submitting personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information of any user. Where law requires affirmative authorization before sharing a minor’s information for targeted advertising, we will seek that authorization or exclude the user from that sharing.

8. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to or confirmation of personal information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, information about categories or recipients, restriction of certain processing, or an opt-out from targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request and to receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

Submit a request to admin@relentless-nature.com with the subject “Privacy Rights Request.” Describe the request and identify the account, order, email address, or interaction involved. We will request only information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority, respond within the period required by applicable law, and explain any applicable exception or appeal process. An authorized agent may submit a request where allowed, but we may require proof of authority and identity verification.

You can unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in the message. We may still send non-promotional messages about orders, accounts, security, or material service changes. Account controls, browser settings, and provider controls may offer additional choices.

9. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including providing the Services, completing transactions, maintaining accounts and consent records, meeting tax or accounting requirements, preventing fraud, protecting security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with law. Retention depends on the data’s nature, sensitivity, purpose, legal requirements, risk, and whether the purpose can be achieved another way.

When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or securely isolate it as appropriate. Personal information collected online from a child, if any, is retained only as long as necessary for the authorized purpose and is deleted using reasonable measures when no longer required or when valid consent is revoked, subject to applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information and the risks involved. These may include access controls, least-privilege practices, encryption in transit where appropriate, credential and secret management, provider review, backups, logging, monitoring, updates, and incident-response procedures. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If we identify a security incident, we will investigate, contain, remediate, preserve appropriate records, and notify affected people or authorities when required by applicable law.

11. Automated recommendations and educational boundary

Tools and assessments may use rules or automated processing to suggest educational resources or next steps. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, or emergency decisions; they do not provide a diagnosis; and they should not replace qualified professional judgment. We do not intentionally use assessment responses to infer sensitive traits for targeted advertising.

12. Public content and third-party links

Information you intentionally post in a public community, review, comment, or connected social feature may be visible to others. Do not post information you want to keep private. The Services may link to or embed third-party websites, media, tools, or platforms. Their practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them before providing information.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, providers, technology, law, or our practices. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice or obtain new consent when applicable law requires it. Material changes to practices involving children will be addressed through appropriate direct notice and parental consent where required.
