A workshop idea that you can share with your team.

Ever wished your workplace had more practical tools for tough conversations, quick assumptions, or decisions under pressure? You can share an idea with a manager or HR team. You don’t have to sell anything or become an affiliate.

Three small steps

You open the conversation. Your employer makes the decision.

STEP 01

Pick the idea

Choose the situation or workshop that seems relevant. You do not need a diagnosis of your team.

STEP 02

Share it your way

Send an editable email, hand over the one-page proposal, or simply share the overview link.

STEP 03

Let leadership explore

A manager, HR lead, or organizer can contact RN to discuss fit, scope, format, and cost before deciding.

Three introductory topics

What could your team practice?

Fact vs. Story

Separate what happened from the meaning we attach to it. Practice a respectful clarifying question.

For an HR leader, department manager or event organizer

Interested in exploring a workshop?

Tell RN about your audience and the type of communication challenge or learning goal you want to address. We can discuss a suitable starting session, delivery format, availability, and a proposal. No obligation to book.

Use illustrative or anonymized situations. Do not send confidential employee records, health information, or personally identifying third-party contact lists.

Quick answers

Questions employees usually ask

Do I have to join or pay for anything?

No. This employee recommendation route and the shareable employer materials are free. You don’t need an affiliate account, purchase, or mailing-list signup.

Will RN contact my manager or HR department?

No. Opening a draft, downloading materials, or using this page does not send an employer introduction. We will not contact a workplace because you mention it here. If an organization wants to speak with RN, an authorized person can contact us directly or arrange a permission-based introduction.

Can I share this if I’m not a manager?

Yes. You can recommend an idea to your own workplace. Your employer decides whether to explore the program.

Is there a referral commission for employees?

No. Simply recommending a program to your own employer isn’t a paid referral. Professional organization introductions are a separate process and may involve individually agreed, disclosed terms.

What about the Perspective Stability Assessment?

RN has a free individual self-reflection assessment. It is educational, not a clinical or employment diagnostic. Individual results should not be requested or used to make personnel decisions.

Need help with the introduction?

Ask RN how to share the idea.

If you’re unsure which topic fits or what to send to a manager, use the optional form just below. Ask a question about the idea; don’t include private employee, patient, or organizational information. RN uses the response details to answer your question, not to enroll you in marketing or contact your employer.
