Hi Happy, I Found You.
Odd way to start off, but it is incredible when you change the paradigm on how you view happiness.
Treat your happiness like it is something you misplaced, like an object. When you think about it this way, you see happiness as something that is obtainable.Frequently you have seen happiness as an emotion that just appears and disappears, being replaced by random negativity. We all experience random negative emotions and when being caught up in depression or anxiety, those emotions can be lasting. You cannot treat happiness like it is random.
When you misplace your keys, you will do anything you can to find them. You do not just give up and say “Well I guess I’m not going anywhere today.”You would never be able to achieve any of your responsibilities.
Yet when it comes to your emotions, you give up so much easier because you expect the negative to last, you expect the depression to stay. When you lose your keys, you are upset and feeling negativity.Just like when you’re depressed, you are upset and feeling negativity. If you do not look for either, then they will not be found.Effort is key in both scenarios. So don’t use depression as an excuse, you can fight through it, it takes work. You can find happy, just like we said earlier.
Hi happy, I found you.
